There is also one more new third area west from the new area that needs to get unlocked yet..Still the most annoying thing by far is the wind that moves you lol. Quite a joy and a worthy expansion. with new and creative themes, realy more of the same but new and different, I love it. I'll suck off the whole team if they make another one just as good.. You need to change the circular, violet-blue strobe effect in the Rooms of Semblance ASAP. You're going to give someone a seizure, and you're going to get sued for a lot of money. (I literally have to close my eyes during those parts.). Easily worth the asking price. Lots of new content.. Provides a ton of new content and the arena is very fun. But the beginning of the new campaign is terrible, makes me not want to play the campaign or just rush past the first section which will make you lose loot. If you are a fan of Hammerwatch in any capacity, this DLC is worth the price. It adds 3 new bosses with more interesting mechanics than previous bosses, a large arena mode, as well as a new story mode which offers more risk\/reward style gameplay with more complex puzzles. It is worth the buy.. Wow.This DLC was pitched as aimed at players already high in level. I was skeptical of this - surely, I thought, given the fantasy firepower we were hefting around, balancing\/presenting a mission pack or campaign that could appropriately challenge Hammerwatch veterans who knew all the mechanisms of the game would be difficult. Keeping it fresh & fun, also difficult. Surely we would form our party and steamroll through whatever this threw at us.Nope.Pyramid Of Prophecy hits that sweet spot between tough and fun. It adds many elements to keep you interested, as grizzled a Hammerwatcher as you may be. The graphics remain refined pixels, seriously refined... it may only be pixels, but the level of art here is impressive! Great animations, great sounds, curses (!), and the new Gladiator class with his\/her net tossing, the slowdown aspect of which makes them worthy on its own. My only complaint lies therein: veterans will all want to try the 1 new class... the ideal really ought to have been 3 or 4 new classes. Still, it is a challenge for experienced\/developed characters, so this is more a quibble than a strike against.Until you get into the Pyramid proper, you may think,"Gee... I should have set up a higher difficulty level host." And then you enter.Absolutely recommended. The developer should continue doing Hammerwatch as long as their ideas remain this creative.. A satisfying DLC picking up from where the original left off. Takes a bit of adjustment to understand the new systems, but a welcome addition. I really hope a second DLC is in the works.
